can you please suggest what to do on this. any inputs
We have a user that was just configured on yesterday with the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook. today we discovered couple of non CRM emails where the user was CC'd on, CRM tracked or created the incoming email record. This was done without any tracking options enabled from the the user. We would like to find the root cause of this and have a better understanding as to why non-crm incoming emails to Outlook would get tracked in CRM and without having any configuration for it.
Version 1612 (18.104.22.168) (DB 22.214.171.124) on-premises configured for Server Side Sync with Exchange Online and user configured with App for Outlook.
Please check the personal settings of the affected user is it "All email message", if yes change it.
