I am working on CRM 2013. 

We recently moved from one database to another.

From that time, when I search for customer on Case entity, I always get the error message " An error has occurred. Please return to home page and try again".

I have removed all, plugins, workflow and JS event from this field, but still I the error( see below).

I have also tried in different browsers, but still same error.

Can any one please help me fix this issue.
