Hi all, I made a mistake i don't made the testing on sandbox of an integration of with our crm, and I put in production enviorment .
After I made the sync betwen them it affected our Leads, it make change in inside of leads.
I don't find any email address or telephone for support crm
Its any posibillity to roll back the database of leads , one day .
There is no way to role back lead entity records in the CRM to one day either you have to role back completely instance to previous backup available or you can take a backup in your sandbox instance use the export to excel feature to export the lead entities with the columns required and import it back to the PROD instance.
