(?) "Help and Support not working.

Similary as in this post (Solved: (?) "Help and Support not working.) we encountered that sometime during last month, the Help button (?) is not doing anything. Unfortunatelly I don't get to that link posted in the solution there, but is really the only solution to upgrade the BC version? as adding newer CU would still require it to be done by Microsoft partner, not by us internally.
We are using BC v23.2 on-premise.

I can still open Page inspection via shortcut, but help shortcut is not working. Tested this on Chrome and Edge and behavior is the same. Also tested this on Win10 and Win11 computers. The same issue.

Any solutions to this? has someone else encountered this?

    @gdrenteria - the solutions provided in those posts are not really meaningful. 
    The Edge update was 2 years ago, and of course all are using newer version.  I assume one option is just to wait until the browser team finds the bug and fixes it in next updates?

    Hi, I’ve encountered the same issue with the Help button (?) not responding.
