    Hi,

I don't think this is possible. This is OOB icon and can't change.

    Hi,

is there no trick? We use On-Premise and thus have full access to the database.

    Thanks!

DB update is not supported, you can try to do unsupported way accessing DOM in onload is event l.  So think twice before doing this , it may not work in next release.

Is it possible to define icons for other fields? For example, for the field "fax".

You can not add icon for the attributes directly, however you can use HTML webresource, iframe where you can refer your image web resource in the form.
