The system could not log you on. This could be because your user record has been disabled in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Has your problem been solved?
If not, we recommend that you contact your system administrator or someone with advanced privileges to re-enable the disabled users in the Admin Center.
If it does not take effect, please raise a support ticket.

Hi,

We also got the same error.

The user owning the Real Time Workflow / Plugin Step had its record disabled.

Through Advanced Find we assigned those processes to another enabled user account.

We used SQL4CDS plugin to first verify any record owned by that disabled user.

select workflowid, name, primaryentityname, categoryname, modenameg, owneridname, * from workflow
where
category = 0
and ownerid = 'idofuserdisabled'
and mode = 1

Select * from sdkmessageprocessingstep
where impersonatinguserid = 'idofuserdisabled'
