MTD(Making tax Digital) - An error occured while trying to obtain access token.

Hello Experts,
 
Can anyone help to resolve the issue? While updating the "obtain access token" the below error is coming. Kindly Advise.

    Hi,
    Are there any other error messages besides this one? You can check if there are any error messages in the Operation Log tab to indicate this. This error is not enough to locate the cause, you need to pay attention to the part mentioned by Anthony（ And check if the steps in the document are correct）. In addition, you can check the old thread below to see if it helps.
    Model mapping for the import format does not exist. (dynamics.com)

    Hi,
     
    Obtain access token sounds authentication related. Check your clientId and client Secret. Check your Base URL.
