Dear All,
 
Whenever I selected either reject or change request in purchase requisition or any workflow, system generated the default email text like below for the originator, how can we customize the email message text so that it include the comment text as well in email body.
 

The current record has been returned to you, or you have been asked to make a change. Perform any required actions and choose resubmit to resume processing.

    Hi,
    Depending on the problem you describe, it seems that you can customize the email template to suit your needs:
    1. Navigate to System administration > Email > System email templates.
    2. Click the Email Message button.
    3. Upload a customized email template.

    Hi,
    Despite setting this email template, email message send static that was mentioned above only in case of reject or request change action on workflow, other than that message appeared what I want.
