Error in Update users from Microsoft 365

I added "Business Central Team Members" licenses to 7 users in Microsoft 365 admin. In Business Central when I clicked on "Update users from Microsoft 365", only 2 users got update to the "Users" table. Can you help?

I wonder if it has something to do with this issue that I am currently also experiencing which can be found in Service Health within the Admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/servicehealth/:/alerts/DN913032

I have removed one user license and added three people and when I run the update from BC I am getting a list of 346 user changes where it only wants to add one of the new users and it wants to remove a mix of Team and Essential licenses from the other 300+.

In addition, can the 5 users who were not added successfully log in to this environment?
If they can, they will be automatically added to the user table when they log in.

Hi Yun, with your answer below - do I just need to give them the URL to the Production environment and ask them to login and then I will be able to update all their permissions etc. once they have been added to the user table. This seems like a good work around while this isn't working as I have new users who have started but are unable to access the system because of this issue.

Thank you @YUN ZHU. I tried your suggestion, and it works. Once they login, automatically they are added to the Users table. Is this a bug?

If this issue just happened recently, it might be a bug. You could create a MS ticket to troubleshoot.
