I have a PO i'm trying to cancel the product receipts but i keep in getting this error//

    You do not have any stock on hand for these dimensions.
    Can you please check on hand inventory.

    I have received the items and i'm trying to return by cancelling the product receipts that's when i'm facing this error

    Hi,
    The error message says there is no inventory available, you can check out the old threads related to this issue and try the methods mentioned in the old thread if they help.
    Solved: 36.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory. (dynamics.com)
    1.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory. (dynamics.com)
