This is the KEY document that I need to be successful this week. I have tried to download the document in IE and Chrome but the silly "File Exchange System" never pushes the download to me. Can anyone assist with this?
If you are having a Customer Source login, you may report this case to MS.
I think you need to use IE because chrome does not support much, make sure you disable your pop-up blocker.
I also have the same issue with this link. When I try to access it says server is busy.
However to user partnersource and customersource you need to use IE. All the other browsers does not respond well with PS and CS. Plus check the pop up blocker of the browser.
You can try opening IE in "InPrivate" mode. Search for more details on "InPrivate"
There are important 2 things in order to download files from Customer Source:
- Have to use IE.
- Run in Private mode: open IE, press Ctrl+Shift+P (help prevent your browsing history, temporary Internet files, form data, cookies, and user names and passwords from being retained by the browser).
I had to open a ticket with microsoft and they are currently working on it, luckily it wasn't a user error this time.
