I am trying to configure Dynamics NAV using the connector tool so that I can integrate with CRM. This tools is not the easiest to set up, but I have the CRM side working now and my only problem is that the tool cannot see the list of entities in NAV to configure. As per this screenshot;
This is on a VM in Azure (set up from an Azure template) and has the CRONUS example org. Why are the list of entities blank?

Have you enabled Synchronization in Marketing Setup? It exposes the NAV webservices for integration.
You should check the Marketing Setup is proper or not.
Also please have a look of below link and check step by step as required, it will clear what's is missing .
