Hi all, we have installed and setted CRM connector for NAV 2013 R2.
With our NAV license, we have 3 users available. When we try to connect with the third user, we are not able, because we don't have any connection available.
Verifying in active session table (SQL server management), we can see that we have 2 real users and 1 user, probably linked to connector. Infact, if we stop connector service, we don't have the same problem...
How can we solve this point? have we to buy another NAV user?

does all the users have the slq right db_owner on the connector database ?
NAV users are not defined in connector database...
yes, naturally, they are set in the nav database, as the crm user are defined in the crm database. but they are used in the connector.
is the 3. user an external user ?
check if the 3. user has the same nav rights, sql rights and AD rights like the other users.
