I'm trying to integrate an eSHop with NAV2009. I have published a CodeUnit as a SOAP WS. NAV has windows authentication by the way.
If I connect to the URL fro ma browser outside the server, I must enter user/pasword. I enter the same ones I introduce into the rdp connection. I can get the WSDL from the browser without any problem.
For testing, I'm trying to create request with the SOAPui. If I create a new SOAP project, I introduce the WS url, and I get this:
Heer I have my frist problem. What should i introduce here?
Anyway, when I logged into with the browser, I've downloaded the WSDl, so I created a project with that WSDL.
In the request, I introduce same user and password I've introduced before in the browser:
And the response is this:
I'm quite lost, becasue I worked a lot with webServices and I never found this troubles. I am afraid that has something to see with the authentication...
Thank you all!!
make sure you have created a web services, for reference see below link
Create Web Services in NAV 2009 R2
Also make sure you have NTLM TRUE as shown below.
First of all, thanks for your answer.
I must say that I didn't execute any comand from that URL. But as far as I understand, if I can reach the WSDL from the browser, that means that the WS is created, am I right? It's my first time with WebServices in NAV 2009, I am quite lost and afraid about "breaking" anything I must admit..
Apart from that, in the confgi file we have changed the marked value to false, because at first it was set to true, and the error was the same...
Finally I solved the authentication issue. The server adminsitrator gave me the domain, and now works correctly.
Any way, now I get this error:
What could be the reason? I filled the XML that is proposed in the webService... At least we can confirm that the webService is correctly created???
Make sure NTLM is true
Thanks for your tips. I am already working against the WS. Now I have problems with dates, and the development itself, but at least, the authentication and conection issues are solved.
If the Problem is solved then mark the answer verify so that it helps to other community members.
For date issues create a new thread and post it with screenshot.
