Hi Team ,
Please advise me on the following tack how we can treat...
We are distributed and we have multiple principle-wise stocks and we do principle-wise sales to c customers, also we have created multiple no for the same customer because the principle was receipt release by customer .end of the day we are able to track the system principle wise in the system.
while creating a single customer we have to create multiple Customer accounts based on the principal goods he is purchasing, and while receiving have to bifurcate the same.
We must have some other solution, please advise.
I am not exactly sure that i understand your requirements.
But in Dynamics NAV you can have 3 customer entities connected to your sales order.
Sell to customer, bill to customer and ship to customer.
So even if your customer have distributed location and centralized invoicing you should be able to track statistics on both where you have sold the goods, shipped it and invoiced it.
Is that what you are looking for or did i misunderstand something?
Hi, I agree with Igne, you can use Ship-to feature to manage the final shipping address without dividing the customer.Or you create a new Ender User field to manage ender users. This is a feature of Japanese localization development that I have experienced.
Hope this helps as well.
