I have a scenario where I need to be able to collect fidelity points on sale orders coming from back office.
The sales order is not linked to a retail channel and as far as I know, I'm not able to use fidelity card on the transaction and then collect points on customer fidelity card.
Is it a way to handle this ?
You are right - in case you are talking about loyalty points. I was able to find a solution by using Call center functionality. I've created a "Back office" Call center and loyalty program is applied.
