I am trying to create a dashboard which shows all appointments where users attended the meeting. At the moment users add themselves to the Required Attendee field within the meeting, in most situations we have three different internal Sales people attend the same meeting.
I have entered the correct criteria in advanced find, however I am having problems getting the chart to display as I want it. Ideally the horizontal axis should display the three names of the internal users who attended the same meeting and the vertical axis should show the number of meeting attended, which using the above example would be one.
There is a very old chart which I can use to show what I am after, however if I try to edit or recreate the chart from scratch using the same axis details I am not able to do this. For example the old chart on the Legend Entries (Series) it has Activity(Appointment) and the Horizontal (Category) Axis Labels it has User(Party).
When I try to recreate this chart, the above mentioned legend entry and horizontal category are not available in the lookup, therefore I am unsure of how this chart was able to be created in the first place. When I try to edit these entries on the old chart they are greyed out/inactive. I know I can export the chart and import it in again but does anyone know why or how I can get Activity(Appointment) and User(Party) to appear so that I can manually select/edit them?
Hi Spaz wrote,
I'm afraid that this couldn't be achieved. The required(optional ) attendee of the appointment is saved in another entity named activityparty. It has a N:1 with activity entity and it's a special entity that it's hidden by design.
