Is a very strange problem, it should not be like that. I have some data (enquiries contacts) successfully imported to CRM, I created a view and all imported record displayed. However, when I search for the contact the system said no record found.
Anyone out there, if you have face the same problem before please help. many thanks.
How you are searching that records in CRM ? may be you have not added the columns in the Quick Find view of that entity add the columns in the Quick find view on which you are searching through "Add find columns" also check the filter criteria of the Quick find view .
Is the value that you are searching part of 'Searchable' attribute? Two possible reasons are:
1. If using quick find view, the field value you are using is not part of Find Columns.
2. The Field is not enabled for Searchable.
Try search using advance find on multiple values.

I used advance find to create a view with all those uploaded attributes. It gave me perfect result. But when I click on the row to open that particular contact, it lead me to a new enquiry screen. Instead of giving me the created contact.
So I try to search by contact name n the system say no record found :(
