Nearly all of our CRM users (approx. 30) are complaining about slow performance when using CRM 2013.
When looking at this issue in detail it seems there are some delays with navigating from page to page within CRM.
I can see some Windows updates have been applied to the workstations and at the moment my course of action is to remove the updates to see if performance returns.
I thought I would ask the question on the forum whether other users have seen issues in the last month or so? Our client environment is Windows 7 Enterprise with Internet Explorer 11 with all critical security updates up to June 2016 applied. We also use the Outlook plugin. The back end environment is CRM 2013.
If anyone else has seen issues with a similar environment and have managed to find a resolution I would very much like to hear from you.
I will be trying things like alternative browsers to see if that helps but will post any updates to this on here.
You will need to establish where your Performance bottleneck is occurring on Client Side or Serverside. I would advise you to access the SQL Server Performance and IIS Server for CRM if you Believe The CRM Server is Slow, and Infrastrasture if its Client Side Performance. Its Important that you identify the root cause and make sure the OS Update is not a red herring, As many organisations who report performance issues throw resources at the wrong places, please review the following document;
Let me know if I can be of further help :)

I'm assuming that whitepaper applies to 2013 version?
Yes but most of it will still be very helpful to you :)
Found out what the issue was, it was because tracing has been switched on in the registry.
Removed the keys and it worked fine. I wasn't aware of this change which my colleague had made!
Thanks for Support folks!
