Hello All, We have a scenario where in we feed the data to our CRM systems manually. We get the required data from multiple Excel Sheets, filter them to one using Microsoft Access and upload it to our CRM system. Is there a way where in we can do this filtering in CRM. PS: No access to AD is given . Thanks..
Hi Jyothi, You can filter import/export data for specific Entities/ Tables in CRM but not if the Dataset contains data from multiple entities. If you want to remove the manual steps the best approach is use an ETL data integration tool such as Kingswaysoft which provides CRM adapters which are free and you can use SSIS in SQL Server to read the data from your Excel and perform the cleansing and filtering for you and directyly imports into CRM without manual labour?
Best Wishes, Raz
Thank you for your response Raz. But we are not having any SQL Server to run ETL jobs. We do not want another server to perform the filtering. Is there anything in CRM to get this achieved? Or should we have a plugin to perform this task?
Actually there is a new Data loader Service for Dynamics CRM which is also available for you to use instead of relying on custom code or third party apps;
