Every time I open Outlook 2013 with only add-in CRM 2011 enabled, outlook hangs.
1. I have reinstalled Outlook add-in for CRM
2. I have Update Rollup 18 installed
3. I have cleaned up the %temp% folder
4. I have gone to diagnostics to disable synchronization
5. I open outlook.exe /safe and disable all add-in except the 2 CRM addins and it still hangs

I wish I could help. I'm having a very similar issue with Outlook 2013 and the Dynamics365 Outlook add-in. I've tried everything but Outlook sits in the "Processing...." state forever. Removing the configuration from the Configuration Wizard will allow Outlook to start again..but obviously that's not a fix for the issue. Did you find a resolution?
For now I have disabled the add-in. Did not have time to trial and error on how to make it work.
Can anyone help solve this by looking at the log?
I had Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in not updated since upgrading to Office 2013 and it was not working.
I believe Symantec Vault was somehow affecting Dynamics CRM. Even when I only had Dynamics addin enabled Outlook was crashing.
By chance I re-reinstalled Symantec Vault for Outlook to get the archived email working, and mysteriously Dynamics CRM was working okay.
