we installed CRM 4.0 many years ago and created five service account during installation process. we need to change the password and there is no document on how to. these users are for service account, e.g. crmadmin, crmdeplo, crmsyncp, crmapp. can someone help? thanks
You can change password for those user from Active Directory user property.
Goutam, could you be more detail? I am not an admin. I need to pass the procedure to our windows server administrator to make the change. thanks
You can change the password like how you change for your AD login in PC.
Press CTRL +ALT + DEL in keyboard & choose "Change a password" option. If this is not working for you or account already locked/expired - you have to reach out to your IT Network Admin team to help you.
