How to send email campaign using Marketing list OOTB functionality to Contacts with multiple email fields and address.
Eg: We have one contact with both the below email ids, but using campaigns emails are being sent to only one email address at present.
Contact name: Customer 1
Email 1: email@example.com
Email 2: firstname.lastname@example.org
We want to send emails to both of this ids using Marketing list Campaigns OOTB option.
Email address and mobile phone number are contact attributes which can be used as pseudo IDs. If one contact has more than one of them, the ID is not unique anymore. OOTB you will have one email address. Probably in your implementation custom fields are configured to store additional email addresses. Anyway, I have some ideas:
