I have a question about the tracking settings. In my settings I have chosen by the section «Select the email messages to track in Microsoft Dynamics 365» the option «Email messages in response to Dynamics 365 email». When I track the email I have some issue that when a user is replying to a tracked email, the email from the user is not tracked anymore. Only the responses from external are tracked. Does anyone know what settings I have to select, that the email is always tracked when I have tracked one email?
