Hi, we are using dynamics on prem 2015. One of the users keeps getting this error when accessing the CRM. None of the other users are getting this. Not sure what I can check at first or how to start?
Has the user tried to access the org from another browser? Have they tried in-private browsing to make sure it is not a caching issue? Did this just start happening to this user? Have you tried running a trace using Fiddler or Wire Shark? Is someone else able to sign in on that users computer?
