Social Engagement being discontinues, is there a migration pathway to Market Insights.
Seeking for Social Engagement solutions, what are options going forward.
Dynamics 365 Market Insights is not a successor product of Microsoft Social Engagement, we recommnend to have a look at ISV solutions on AppSource appsource.microsoft.com/.../apps or outside market places. Dynamics 365 Market Insights is intended to help business professionals better understand broader patterns in what consumers say, seek, and feel. This ultimately enables them to make impactful business decisions informed by many statistically significant insights from aggregated and anonymized proprietary and public data, including social, search, and browse.
I recommend to test out Dynamics 365 Market Insights, which is currently in Public Preview. Watch out for new features and functionality in the next few months. To sign-up, please visit this website: dynamics.microsoft.com/.../
Thank you, Rapha
As suggested above, Marketing Insight is a not a replacement on Social Engagement.
"Dynamics 365 Market Insights Preview is no longer intended to be a successor for Microsoft Social Engagement"
However, it does have most of the features of SE, please see the following line from Wave 2 release pan : "This document has now been updated to include Market Insights which now confirms this product is designed for customers who are looking for aggregated alert-based insights across topics of interest and audience web activities"
Take a look at the following links as well
If you are currently using Social Engagement, you might want to aware of the following news as well
"It has now announced that Social Engagement will no longer support Twitter as a data source with effect from 1 October 2019"
