Access to the power apps portal site was denied

Hello,
 
i cannot access the power apps portal page after Backup & restore. its saying /Access to the portal was denied./ i have checked table permission and others too, everything looks good to me but still getting this error. what else could be the issue?
 
FYI, Accidently deleted the advanced form wizard as i am using steps in the portal. i have noticed advanced form wizard is there after restore but for some reason still i am getting below error.

    1.You can try to restart the portal and clear cache of the site:
    And you can refer to this documentation to run site checker:

    From the url, you seem to be trying to access XXXX.powerappsportals.US.  However, the configured domain seems to be XXXX.powerappsportals.COM Could you please test using this URL?
