How do I undo Item Tracking Lines for items in Navision 2018?
Hi Josh,I didn't understand your question correctly but What I suggest if you want to change your Lot no. or Serial no. You can do it from Item Reclassification journal. Also, if you undo your Posted shipment or Receipt, on same time Item Tracking Lines will be undo. May I know if a Sales Order has been posted Sales Invoice, can you still undo Item Tracking Lines?
As Sales Invoice is posted you can't use undo Shipment, So I suggest use Sales Credit Memo to reverse the Transaction. Due invoice already posted you can't undo Item Tracking Lines.
Hi, If it has already been posted, please use the method mentioned by Manan, use Credit Memo to reverse the transaction, both for Sales and Purchase.
If you haven't posted yet, you can use the Configuration Package to clear all records.
