I face the following situation. For Management Reporter 2012 (MR2012), I load data using a Row Definition with a Row Link of the type "Financial Dimension + Worksheet" (FDW). Most of the data on Row Definition comes from DAX, but for two members I load data from Excel. I want to use the Reporting Tree to rollup the data and then use the top of the Reporting Tree to show the total for the entire group of companies.
The relevant part of the Row Definition looks as follows:
To enable the solution, I have set up the following Reporting Tree and Column Definition:
However, when the rollup happens, the data loaded from Excel does not get summed up to the Summary level Reporting Unit.
As you can see, the DAX data gets rolled up nicely, but data loaded from Excel does not. What am I missing? Your help is very much appreciated.
