I'm facing this problem:
I'm using Connector for Dynamics for syncing data between Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Dynamics CRM 2015 On-premise. I have a map for the price list entity in CRM and everything works well.
But when I try to associate a customer with a price list, the connector throws me an exception:
It says the registry with the mapped integration key is not found. I check in CRM and all the price lists exists:
I can do the relationship within CRM, but not in the connector.
What can be happening?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Hugo, What CRM rollup are you on, as another user has recently reported a similiar issue to yourself regarding the connector;
Best Wishes, Raz
Thanks for your answer Raz.
I'm using Connector for Dynamics v3.4.304.1 and Dynamics CRM 2015 On-premise 22.214.171.124
The only entity with this problem is price list. All others are syncing well. Weird.
