"Query Builder Error. The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM". This error shows when I navigate to CUSTOMIZE THE SETTINGS
Anyone have a suggestion? Could there be a problem with translations possibly?
I can't access the CUSTOMIZE THE SETTINGS IN system settings either...same error
Can you check event view and see what information is logged there ?? have your done any changes to system recently ??
i just changes which made report using rdl file after that i deleted from crm .have any solution ?
checked even viewer , logged in you can see above the screen
Please check under Application and see if there is an log registered regarding CRM application.
