Is it possible to know one's password in navision? in other words, where the passwords of users are located into databases, are they encrypted or plaintext?Thank you in advance.
If you have SQL Logins, passwords are managed by SQL Server and are encrypted.
If Windows Logins, passwords are encrypted in Active Directory. There’s never plain text.
Is there any chance to get the original passwords?
No, for security reason. You can reset or change the password if you're an admin.
