Recognizing the voice of our customers, you've provided the feedback, we've optimized your Financials and HR/Payroll experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.

With the release of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018, we continue to extend the capabilities of Workflow. In addition to new workflows such as GL Account and Purchase Invoice, we’ve added workflow capabilities like copy step and reminder emails.

December 5 - Check out the windows were document attach was added.

December 6 - You can now view and modify attachments in inquiry windows.

December 7 - Drill back capability from Transactional information.

User Experience

December 12 - New sort options on many windows giving the user easier access to find information.

December 13 - No more annoying prompts for the System password!

December 14 - No more arguing is it check or cheque?  It is PAYMENTS.

December 19 - Better user experience when using web client with Autocomplete, SmartList and Bank Reconciliation.

December 20 - SmartList Favorites with unique password protection.

Optimized Financial and HRP

December 27 -  Who wants to see those pesky garnishment reports that slow down the process of my payroll?

December 28 -  HUGE request from customers, ability to roll down items from Payroll Setup to inactive records.

December 29 -  Our users like the changer functionality/ability, who wants to be stuck with old code names, so we added DEPARTMENTS!!

January 2 -   Copy user access across Analytical Accounting dimension codes.

January 3 -  Restrict Inactive records in your Payroll Master look up windows, yeah who wants to see that old stuff?

January 4 -  Ability to Print and Email a single statement from the customer card.

January 9 -  Purchase Order (PO) Generator opens Purchase Order List with new PO filter

January 10 -  Purchase Order number displays on the Requisition List for originator and sends notifications to the requisition originator.

January 16 - Display hold Status on the Sales Transaction Entry.

January 17 - Vendor Setting Optimizations - One check per Invoice and Save Select Payment

January 18 - Human Resource & Payroll Solution Series - Reprint Distribution Detail and Summary reports.
