You can find these files / folder in the DynamicsNAVIntegrationSolution.zip file. This is the file you need to upload in Solutions section of CRM when not running the Assisted Setup in Dynamics NAV. Just extract these two files and folder, adjust the files via notepad and re-add them to the zipped solution. You can take the NavODataPlugin.dll from Dynamics NAV 2017 product DVD. The corrected zipped file can then be uploaded to CRM or used for the Assisted Setup. The zipped solution can be found on the Dynamics NAV Product DVD: \CrmCustomization\DynamicsNAVIntegrationSolution.zip.
For existing deployments it may be necessary to rerun the assisted setup (after we released the fix for Business Central or after we released a next CU or OnPrem solutions of Dynamics NAV). This issue does also reproduce in Dynamics NAV 2017. Dynamics NAV 2016 is not affected because it is not supporting NavODataPlugin.dll.

I get the following error after making the replacements for the Dynamics NAV vs 2018 DynamicsNAVIntegrationSolution.zip.
After adjusting the two files and after replacing the navodataplugin.dll, the zipped file needs to still have the following contents:
Best is to extract the folder and files to a safe location and then delete them from the zipped solution. After modifications, add them to the zipped solution.
The two adjusted files should not be saved as regular txt files but as xml files. In Notepad, Save as type: All Files.
