I am trying to integrate NAV2017 (version 10.0.23563.0) with CRM365 (version 8.2.x.x), both on-premise. I am using CRM connection setup to define connection. Everything seems configured for integration. DLLs on NAV are matching to DLLs on CRM side. However, NAV returns an error 'Organization cannot be null' when I try to connect to the CRM. I tried to connect to CRM online and integration worked. I think that connection string that NAV uses (or generates?) for connection to CRM is wrong but I am not sure if it is possible to change it. Does anyone have this experience and can help?
I found the solution to my problem. For those who are interested, use table 5330 to manually create a connection string to connect to CRM
