Hi, I just tested it in my environment. It worked well. Is it related to your network settings of the server?
Hope this will help.
There are a few other postings about settings that also must be adjusted at (older) OS level in registry to allow Tls1.2. Best is of course to consider an upgrade to a supported release of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
